Participative photography

Nikon D4s c. December 2014

I call it participative photography, when, dissatisfied with what the photographer sees before him, he modifies the image in accordance to what he has in his mind. Something like that. The photographer is not a scanning machine or a photostat machine. Being human, he renders the scene as he likes it to be. To depict the scene in its actuality is boring. It has to be dramatised.
